Recurring events let you create schedules like "every Monday" or "the first business day of the month" without duplicating events manually.

Create a recurring event

  1. Create a new event (or open an existing one).
  2. In the event editor, open Recurrence.
  3. Choose how often it repeats (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly).
  4. Save the event.

Edit one vs the whole series

When editing a recurring event, NimbleCal can apply your changes to:

  • This occurrence only, or
  • The whole series (and sometimes "this and future" depending on the change).
Not sure which option to pick?
If you're unsure, choose "this occurrence" first. You can always edit the series later.
