I want you to be completely satisfied with NimbleCal. Hence, the refund policy is simple and customer-friendly, especially while the product is in early access.
Refund Terms
- 30-day money-back guarantee from first payment date
- No questions asked within this period
- Full refund of purchase price
- Processed through Polar (our merchant of record)
How to Request
- Email refunds@nimbledot.com with:
- Polar receipt or order ID
- Date of purchase
- Requests must be within 30 days of first payment
- No explanation required, though feedback is appreciated
After Refund
- Your paid subscription will be canceled
- Your account falls back to the free plan (no data is deleted)
- You are always welcome to try NimbleCal again in the future
Processing
- Requests processed within 1-3 business days
- Refund appears on your statement per your bank's timeline
- Polar handles all refund processing on our behalf
Exceptions
- Refunds after 30 days are considered case-by-case
- Fraud prevention checks may apply
- Bulk or team purchases may have different terms
